Celebrating A Real Estate Win Way Too Early


What happens when a hard won victory turns into an indoor waterfall?


Welcome to part two of our dream home adventure! During our inspection, we pushed the sellers to cover the cost of a radon fan. We thought we had scored a major win when they finally agreed. But four weeks later, a heavy rainstorm proved us wrong. The fan was installed incorrectly, bringing the weather right into our bedroom.


It taught us a valuable lesson. When someone says a problem is solved, it pays to double check the work!
